Not only do we pay standard referral fees on cases referred to this office, but we try very hard to keep you informed about the progress of the case.

On a monthly basis we send our clients a letter about events which have occurred in the case. We list interrogatories which have been served and answered, documents that have been requested and received, depositions taken and scheduled, scheduled court dates and deadlines, and witnesses who will be listed and called to trial. Occasionally we write particular notes on subjects of importance as well. You will receive copies of these letters. You may feel free to participate in any part of the case you wish or leave the litigation and the matter entirely in our hands.
